Naimah Lee is an Organizational and Leadership Coach with ElevateYourSpark, LLC. For seven years, Naimah worked in the federal government including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Strategist and Planning Officer for Professional, Leadership, and International programs.
After networking with many employees, Naimah discovered many individuals were unhappy with their employment. This inspired Naimah to step out on faith and design a program called "Screw the Desk Life" to encourage individuals to step from behind the desk and elevate in their purpose. “Screw the Desk Life is designed to “FEARLESSLEE” motivate individuals to follow a ten-step programtowards their purpose..
